So last week was the 1st week of the new year and, as usual, millions of people jumped online searching for effective weight loss and fitness info. Early January is new year’s resolutions time, after all, and by far the #1 resolution worldwide is lose weight!
Recently Mashable released a very interesting article that listed the top 10 most popular workout/exercise programs people searched for in the Yahoo search engine last week. It has a few new programs we hadn’t heard of, which was kind of a surprise.
Here are the 10 most searched for fitness programs for the beginning of 2014:
1. CrossFit — Awesome high-intensity workout and one of our favorites! It has exploded in popularity over the past couple of years but, for many people, it’s a bit “too much”… at least at first!
2. Yoga — The classic “Eastern” wellness workout that’s almost always popular.
